Qualmia is building the GA-Assistant, a ChatGPT App that allows users to connect their Google Analytics account and discuss website performance in natural language. Instead of dashboards, queries like "How did my traffic change?" or "What drives conversions?" become conversations. The app interprets analytics data, provides business insights, and helps users make better commercial decisions.
This project is currently in product incubation and moving toward its first validation stage. Contributors joining this initiative enter the process as credited builders, not unpaid helpers.
We build MVPs to test feasibility and demand. A minimal viable product (MVP) is the simplest functional version of a product that can validate real user or commercial interest. Our development focus includes AI-native analytics, secure communications, IoT-integrated digital infrastructure, blockchain-based product models, and LLM-visibility engineering.
Product incubation follows a disciplined process: structured brainstorming, product hypothesis, MVP specification, development, and market validation. When validation signals real demand, the project graduates into an independent startup entity, ready for funding and commercial launch.
Early contributors join projects voluntarily, logging credited work hours that later convert into proportional equity — but only if the idea passes validation and graduates into its own project company. Ownership is earned through measurable contribution, not negotiation or politics.

His background spans 30+ years scaling IoT, Fintech, Digital Media, and secure monitoring systems across Europe, Latin America, and MENA, including taking complex solutions into new international markets and leading growth to 16M+ monthly users.
Qualmia recruits mission-aligned builders in software engineering, product design, UI/UX, branding, and cross-platform innovation. Contributors choose projects they believe in, help build the MVP, and earn measurable ownership if the concept graduates through validation.
